Wheeler Commercial Wins William C. Jennings Award
Congratulations to the Beaumont Commercial Real Estate team at Wheeler Commercial.
They won the 2018 William C. Jennings Award. The honor is given annually by Texas Realtors recognizing an outstanding commercial transaction. Traditionally, the ward goes to a single broker, but Wheeler Commercial won the award as a team.
Lee Wheeler, Becki Pitre, and their team were recognized for taking a struggling Beaumont apartment complex and building it up and negotiating a sale that benefited their client.
